Review Monday- TRUE COLOR Eyeshadow Quad In Purple Haze

hi loves,

Hope you all are having a lovely Monday. This week i will be reviewing TRUE COLOUR Eye shadow Quad In Purple Haze. I got this when pallet when i was in Saudi Arabia, if you want to check out my haul click here

So lets get on with the review,

My thoughts

The quad comes in a beautiful black case and has a mirror and a sponge tip applicator, also its perfect for travel since its small and the case is sturdy. The quad comes with four coordinating colours, a pale silvery pink, lilac, a deep purple and a charcoal grey in round pans which you can use to create day or night look.

They go on silky smooth, the shadows are very pigmented and is buildable and can be blended really easily. The colours are deep and great for a smoky eye. Although the lightest colours kind of look sickly on darker skin tones unless you wear them properly. I wore this wore this quad for about 10 hours and i have fairly oily lids and the colours did not crease or fade, which makes them long wearing.

In a nutshell:

Pros
- glides on easily
- very pigmented
- bendable
- easy to travel with
- Long wearing
- does not crease
- buildable
- does not fade

Cons
- the lighter colours might look sickly on dark skin tones

I would rate this product 10/10

I would recommend everyone to buy these pallets, i know i certainly will buy the other quads.

This quad retails for about Rm 28 / SAR 30

what do you guys think of this weeks review? Have you tried any of the avon quads? What do you think of it? Let me know what you think in the comments below. If you liked this post be sure to share it the lins are below.

Also i will be doing a tutorial using this quad on wednesday. Let me know what colour combination you would like to see using this quad for up comming tutorials.

Review Monday - Avon super enchant

Hi there,

The days go by within a blink of an eye. I cant believe its another review Monday. For this weeks review ive chosen Avon super enchant. Click here if you want to check my mascara haul.

When i first got this mascara i was quiet sceptical, i thought this mascara would make my lashes dry, clumpy and flaky. But i was dead wrong.

I love the way the brush is, the hour glass shape is not only unique, it also fits perfectly on to my lashes and distributes the mascara evenly.

My Lashes without mascara

My lashes with Avon Super Enchant

Lashes side view

My thoughts:

absolutely love the mascara wand it distributes product to my lashes evenly avoiding clumping. Above are the pictures of my lashes with two coats of mascara. On the website it stated that the mascara has lash conditioning ingredients like petroleum jelly which makes your lashes soft to the touch and does not flake. This mascara made my lashes look longer fuller and stayed beautifully curled through out the day. Ive had this mascara on for about 12 hours and hasn't it flaked, or made my lashes look droopy.

The tube contains about 8 ml of product.

I rate this product 9/10 and i would recommend this to everyone.

Price & Availability:

This product retails for about Rm 28 and can be found Avon Uk , Avon Saudi Arabia, Avon malasiya

What do you think of this weeks review? Have you tried Avon Super Enchant? or is it your first time finding out this product? Let me know in the comments below. If you liked this post be sure to share it the links are below.

Review Monday's (Avon Colour Trend Flirty Eyes)

Hi Lovelies,

Hope you ladies are doing great. First of i would like to say welcome to all of my new followers. Thank you for subscribing to my blog. Ok lovelies today i will be reviewing Avon Colour Trend Flirty Eyes in Coco Dreams & Bright Eyes. Click Here if you want to check out my Avon Haul.

Below is the product description from Avon.

Product Description

The prettiest shades in the prettiest case. A sparkling gel formula that glides on, without creasing. Includes applicator.

                                                                    BRIGHT EYES

                                                                     COCO DREAMS

My Review For Colour Trend Bright Eyes

Like i said in my haul when i first saw these, i told myself i had to have them. When i first tested   them the texture felt so smooth and buttery. The colours in this pallet apply lighter than they appear, although its easy to blend and build the colours up. Honestly I wouldn't use the two highlight colours, they are too shimmer for me, i prefer matte highlights. But i Love the blue and the purple shade. The colours in this quad last up to 4 hours, without applying any shadow on top.

                                                                  Bright Eyes Swatches

My Review For Colour Trend Coco Dreams

To me this quad is perfect i love all of the colours. The colours are amazing and i would wear them on a daily basis. The pigmentation is way better than the bright eyes quad. Its easy to blend and build the colours up.  And it last up to six hours without applying any shadow on top. Although  after six hours it does tend to fade around my crease. But i love this quad.

                                                           Swatches From Coco Dreams

In a nutshell:

Pros

* The colours are pigmented
* Easy to blend
* Last up to 4-6 hours
* Smooth and buttery texture

Cons

* Tends to crease after a few hours.
* The bright eyes quad apply lighter than they appear.

Price & Availability
These cost Rm 29/ Sar 30 & £5. You can purchase these quads from Avon Uk & Avon Arabia

I would recommend these quads to everyone.

So what do you guys think of the Avon Colour Trend Flirty Eyes quads? Have you tried any of the quads? let me know in the comments below what you think. If you liked my post be sure to share it. Until next time..

Review Monday ( Avon mega impact gel eyeliner)

Hi lovely ladies,

Today's review is from my Avon Haul. Click here (Avon Haul) if you want to see the haul. You can also check out my post on how to make eyeliner last longer. Ok moving on today i will be reviewing Avon mega impact gel eyeliner in black flash.

The Avon mega impact gel eyeliner is a gel based, water proof eye liner. It has a very creamy and smooth consistency.  The color is very rich and pigmented, and it glides along the lash line like butter. This gel eye liner stays put on the lash line, the whole day.

Although sharpening the pencil is going to be bit of a pain since the gel is too soft to sharpen. But when you do get it sharpened its always crisp.
People always ask if the product in the pencil tends to dry out, Ive had mine for months now it's as creamy as ever.

I know the swatch above shows the eyeliner has glitter but it doesn't, i made the mistake of using it with Avon super shock in blackened metal, and the glitter got on the gel liner. It's just a matte black.
It comes in three other colors available: Extreme Cobalt, Golden Fawn and Brown Shimmer. I definitely will be purchasing them soon.

In a nutshell

Pros:

- Easy to use
- Creamy & bendable
- Waterproof
- Doesn't dry out
- comes in 3 other colors

Cons

- Just sharpening, although it shouldn't be much of a problem.

Availability & Price

- I purchased these in Saudi Arabia, i am not sure if its available here in Malaysia. You can check out   Avon Arabia  and Avon Malaysia for more details.

Price- Rm 27 / SAR 27 (Bought during a sale) original price RM 37/ SAR 37

Have you tried any of the mega impact eyeliners? Leave a link in the comments below letting me know which one is your favorite. Don't forget to follow me if you're not a follower. Until next time...
